> The Answer List helps online shops and service businesses get recommended by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini and AI Overviews, Perplexity and Claude. We ask those assistants the questions real customers ask, in each market's language, measure how often a business is named and who is named instead, and show exactly what holds it back and what to fix first.

I've spent my career helping online shops and service businesses reach more customers, across different countries and languages. The work always came down to the same thing: being visible in the places people go when they're deciding who to buy from.

That place is changing. More and more people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity which shop, clinic or agency to choose, and those assistants name only a handful of businesses. Good businesses get left out simply because the AI can't find clear, consistent facts about them.

With AI, we can now check and improve that reach far faster and in far more markets than before. I built The Answer List to make it accessible to the people running a business day to day: the tools and the know-how to stay current and keep growing, while they focus on what matters most, their customers' experience.

Blog posts are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools, then checked against an editorial and quality review before publishing. Every statistic links to its original source, and only sources we have opened and checked are used. We don't invent numbers, quotes or client results, hypothetical examples are labelled, and clients are never named.
